Geoff Carter is an innovative practicing lead design/mechanical engineer.  He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical engineering from Cal State University Fresno and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of California. He has a long list of achievements including 4 patents, Rotary National award for Space achievement in Solar Array Technology, Technical Contribution Awards for NuSTAR space telescope, ASME channel Islands Chapter Engineer of the Year, as well as numerous CAD and management certifications.  He has over 80-100 completed design projects and has a long list of skills including

Russell Ludwick is a practicing Design/Mechanical Engineer.  He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineer and a M.A. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California.  His experience spans the fields of Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Manufacturing and Offshore.  He is a Computer Aided design (CAD) expert with over 20,000 hours designing machined, sheet metal, plastic, composite and cast parts. Jeffrey Barrasso is a New York native who holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston College.  He has had a career developing parts for electrical-mechanical systems and Aerospace components.  He has worked in both an office and hands on environment.  He is a multi-talented individual with solid fundamentals of engineering as well as skills in Web design and programming.

Erik Stenshol is a Santa Paula native who holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.  He has a background in the Casting industry and is familiar with typical tooling design and inspection equipment used in industry.  He has practical knowledge of mechanical system components, as well as their design, manufacturing and inspection methods.
